NFCC Structure

NFCC is led by its members, who inform our strategy and policy through votes at meetings and through the work of committees. The day-to-day work of the organisation is carried out by a dedicated team led by Susannah Hancock, NFCC’s Chief Operating Officer. She works alongside Mark Hardingham, NFCC’s chair to ensure that all our work is aligned to the Strategy and Plan, and is carried out efficiently. The scope of NFCC’s work is divided into 3 Directorates: Continuous Improvement, led by Dan Daly, Strategy, Insight, and Portfolio, led by Steven Adams, and Professional Services, led by Helen Nightingale. These directorates are made up of a team of individuals who work tirelessly to realise the aims of NFCC.
